She considers real estate to be a profession of “service” and operates as an advocate for all clients from start to finish. The amount of information and investigation pertaining to residential real estate can be overwhelming. She offers five-star customer service and presents the information so her clients can make well-informed decisions. Erin values the relationships with her clients and will work diligently to represent their best interests.
Erin is an educated world traveler and has lived abroad, so she can effectively communicate with people from diverse backgrounds. These experiences have undoubtedly fostered sensitivity and diplomacy in negotiating successful real estate transactions. She realizes that each and every client is unique and has individual needs, so mindful and effective communication is a top priority.
With over fifteen years of experience in real estate (property management, acquisitions and residential sales), Erin has extensive knowledge in a home’s appropriate market value, building inspections, zoning and code regulations, and the legal aspects of real estate. Her powerful arsenal of negotiation tactics and strategies allow her client to maximize the value of their deal. Erin is experienced in collaborating with a large network of local realtors, contractors and vendors, city and county administration, legal counsel, lending and escrow professionals and many other local specialists. Erin thrives on connecting people and facilitating seamless transitions among all parties involved in the home buying or selling process.
Born and raised in a small Midwestern town, Erin ventured out to California where she attended USC on an academic scholarship and graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and a Minor in Business Administration. Erin’s career path led her to Santa Barbara—her favorite city in the world. Now helping others buy and sell homes, she is dedicated to exceeding her clients’ expectations with the highest level of honesty and integrity.
